Due to the nature of our order fulfillment process, VYLO does not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Personal preference

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Each case will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution will be provided where applicable.
